In collaboration with the website, and in order to allow a maximum number of train customers to express theirselves, this website proposes you to fill an investigation of satisfaction, which is very similar to the the survey that is organised every three months by SNCB/NMBS.

This investigation is completely independent of SNCB/NMBS !
